Overview
Our Aviation Law group draws on the strength of our multidisciplinary team to provide all manner of services to our clients in the aviation sector.
We have extensive experience representing airlines, charter operators, airports, fixed and rotary wing manufacturers, maintenance facilities and the insurers for each of these organizations in connection with all aspects of aviation disputes, including:

- Aviation-related tax issues
Our aviation litigators have decades of experience acting on aviation disputes in Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario, as well as nationally and internationally. We strive to bring our advocacy skills and experience and tailor our services to each client’s
unique needs, and are well versed in both litigation at all levels of Court and alternative dispute resolution.
In addition, our corporate commercial team has experience with the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of personal and commercial aircraft and the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of other contracts in the transportation field.
