Biography
Tamara is an associate and practises primarily employment and labour law and civil litigation.
Tamara has experience acting in a variety of employment related matters, providing advice and guidance in all aspects of employment and labour law. She assists clients with collective bargaining, arbitrations and mediation, unfair labour practices, employment contracts, discipline, terminations, and other important workplace issues. She assists with claims for wrongful and constructive dismissal and is committed to helping clients create a safe and positive work environment for all.
In her litigation practice, Tamara acts on behalf of clients having a broad range of claims, including insurance and professional liability matters. She also deals with an array of general litigation disputes, including personal injury, construction, defamation, and other property-related matters.
A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Tamara received numerous course awards, including highest standing in Aboriginal Peoples & Land Claims, Administrative Law, Civil Procedure, and Environmental Law. She was also a student clerk for the Manitoba Court of Appeal from 2015-2016.
