Michele
McClymont

Michele is the Chief Operating Officer of the firm and is part of the firm’s Executive team. In this role, she drives strategic initiatives, change management and talent acquisition, and she promotes best practices for organizational success.

She leads a diverse team of managers responsible for all aspects of the firm’s operations, including human resources, information technology, marketing, finance, facilities and knowledge management. She has a proven track record of achieving organizational excellence by bringing people together to achieve common goals.

Michele joined the firm in 2020 from a senior executive position with Manitoba Hydro International. She has extensive experience in the utilities and telecommunications industries, with a particular focus on implementing business development strategies and complex operational planning.

Michele was a business advisor for the Women’s Enterprise Centre of Manitoba and a board member of the Manitoba chapter of the Canadian Marketing Association. She is also a long-time volunteer in the leadership of Taekwondo Canada. Michele is a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce of the University of Manitoba and maintains close ties with the I.H. Asper School of Business.
