Biography
Keith is an associate in the commercial law and banking and financial services groups.
He acts for banks, credit unions, private lenders and commercial borrowers in syndicated and bilateral financings, facility provisions and intercreditor agreements. He has particular experience with foreclosures and debt enforcement measures for institutional lenders, focusing on the legal and practical challenges of distressed debt in both the commercial and retail borrower segments. Keith's financing experience crosses a diverse range of industries representative of the Manitoba economic landscape.
In addition, Keith maintains a corporate law practice, with transactional experience in commercial asset acquisitions and sales, share acquisitions, sales and leasing. He has advised on numerous corporate reorganizations, partnership formations and dissolutions as well as general corporate governance matters.
Keith is a graduate of the University of Manitoba Law School. He continues to be involved with the law school as a part of the firm's student recruitment efforts and as a judge of the Robson Hall Negotiation Competition.
