Biography
As the firm’s Director of Finance, Heather is an integral member of the leadership team at Fillmore Riley. She leads the accounting team and manages the firm’s financial and accounting operations.
Heather has experience in the professional services, transportation, manufacturing, and not-for-profit industries. In a previous role, she implemented a Corporate Performance Management System to assist in streamlining the organization’s financial reporting functions, and she is always developing ways to improve financial and accounting processes. Her extensive industry experience informs her insights as she oversees corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and accounting policies and procedures at the firm.
She holds a CPA, CGA designation and enjoys promoting financial literacy skills through her work with both CPA Canada’s Financial Literacy Program and Volunteer Manitoba.
