Amelia

Amelia is an associate who practises primarily in the areas of insurance, estate and commercial litigation.

She assists clients with an array of estate, business and insured disputes and has particular experience in the construction and healthcare industries. She works with individuals and professionals with their estate matters, including contested wills and trustee matters. She has appeared before every level of court in Manitoba.

Amelia has a long history of volunteering in the Manitoba legal community. She worked with Pro Bono Students Canada, interned at the Manitoba Law Reform Commission and was the president of the Environmental Law Students Association at the Faculty of Law of the University of Manitoba.
