Fillmore Riley welcomes Kirk Vilks and Keith Senden to the partnership

Fillmore Riley LLP congratulates Kirk Vilks and Keith Senden on their admission to the partnership, which took effect on January 1, 2025. Becoming a partner at Fillmore Riley is a recognition of diligence, exceptional lawyering and teamwork.

Kirk advises insured clients on all aspects of civil claims including product liability, construction-related disputes, subrogation and general liability concerns for businesses and public authorities. He also conducts debt enforcement and foreclosure claims against retail and commercial debtors for major banks and credit unions.

Keith acts for banks, credit unions, private lenders and commercial borrowers in syndicated and bilateral financings, facility provisions and intercreditor agreements. He has particular experience with foreclosures and debt enforcement measures for institutional lenders. He also practises corporate law, advising on transactional matters as well as reorganizations, partnership formations and dissolutions, and corporate governance.
