Fillmore Riley welcomes back Sven Hombach

Fillmore Riley LLP is pleased to announce that Sven Hombach has rejoined the firm.

An experienced administrative lawyer and former partner of Fillmore Riley, Sven returns after six years of public service as a legislative drafter for the provincial government. In that role, he was responsible for significant legislative initiatives related to transportation safety, pension plans, the regulation of financial institutions and the administration of quasi-judicial tribunals. 

Sven's practice will focus primarily on utility regulation, environmental and other administrative law, as well as construction disputes. He draws on his background as an engineer, which gives him considerable acumen on the technical issues that arise in such matter.
