Fillmore Riley congratulates the finalists for the 12th Annual Spirit of Winnipeg Awards

The Awards celebrate innovative, creative and community-building companies that make a difference in Winnipeg. The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce recently revealed the finalists and the recipient of the Spirit of Winnipeg Award.
