Benchmark Litigation recognizes Bernice Bowley as one of the Top 100 Women in Litigation in Canada for 2023

Benchmark Litigation has again recognized Bernice Bowley as one of the Top 100 Women in Litigation in Canada. For the second consecutive year, she is the only lawyer in Manitoba to be recognized.

Recognition on this prestigious list is based on an extensive research process involving months of investigation into a litigator's professional activities, client feedback surveys and one-on-one interviews. 

Bernice is the chair of the firm's Litigation practice. She maintains a comprehensive commercial insurance litigation practice, including general insurance defence, professional errors and omissions, product liability, construction, subrogation and coverage.
