Zacharias

Michael is a litigator practising primarily on behalf of insured defendants in a variety of civil claims, including the areas of municipal liability, product liability, property liability, general tort claims and professional negligence. He advises clients in civil dispute proceedings before the Manitoba courts and in tribunals in administrative law proceedings.

Michael is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Manitoba, where he continues to advise its chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada. Michael also serves on the board of directors of Resource Assistance for Youth, a nonprofit organization located in Winnipeg.
